The formula was developed by a knowledgeable, caring woman, Lydia Pinkham. It contains 7 natural herbs plus Iron, Calcium, and Vitamins C and E.

Directions
Two tablets 3 times a day, with meals. For best results, take regularly throughout the month. Each daily dose provides 6 mg of Iron (33% RDA), 500 mg of Calcium (50% RDA), 60 mg of Vitamin C (100% RDA), and 30 IU of Vitamin E (100% RDA).
