Below you will find a list of answers to commonly asked questions about our Shipping and Return Policies.

Shipping
MedicineandMore.com currently will ship online merchandise within the 48 contiguous states for only $5.49.

Online orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. You will be notified if there is a delay due to manufacturer availability.

Shipping times may vary based on your location. Once shipped, please allow 5 to 10 business days for transit time.

Portions or all of your order may be eligible for free shipping based on current shipping discounts, such as, orders for non-prescription items totaling $50 or more before applicable sales tax.

Prescription items do not qualify for free shipping discounts.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

We will notify you if your shipment requires a signature.

Certain items, such as, Schedule II controlled substances must be signed for by an adult 18 years of age or older.

Once any prescription order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Prescription Orders can be picked up in store at your convenience.

Online merchandise quantities may differ from in-store quantities.

If you would like to pick up your online merchandise in-store, please call us to verify the product is on-hand.

Any of our staff members can order your desired products for in-store pick up.

You can change the "Shipping Address" for your online purchase during the online checkout process.

You will be notified during checkout if merchandise in your order cannot be shipped to your chosen location.

The "Shipping Address" cannot be a P.O. Box or APO address.

The "Billing Address" must be the billing address of the credit or debit card holder.

Returns
By law, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. If you feel we have made an error in filling the prescription please Contact Us. These returns will require special verification procedures by the pharmacist.

All unopened, unused merchandise purchased from MedicineandMore.com may be returned either to the store or by mail within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice included with the shipment.

Opened or used items returned to MedicineandMore.com will not be credited back to the customer.

We cannot accept returns of seasonal products, sexual wellness or any opened or used items.

For in-store returns:
Bring the item and invoice to Medicine & More within 30 days of the date on the invoice for credit to your credit or debit card account or by cash if you paid via PayPal. Taxes will be refunded at your local rate.

For returns by mail:
First, Contact Us to ensure your product qualifies for a return or exchange.

Once validated, please mail the item in the original packaging to our return address with your original invoice. On the invoice, circle the item(s) you are returning for credit.

We will then notify you via email when we have received and processed the returned item(s). Your method of payment will be credited the amount of your purchase. The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer, unless your order was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped to you.

If you returned an item used to qualify for our free shipping discount and the return reduces the order subtotal to less than the amount needed to qualify for free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the original order from the refund.

Please allow 30 days from shipment of your return for credit to your method of payment.

Packages returned by shipping services to MedicineandMore.com as undeliverable will be refunded to the customer, including shipping charges.

We are unable to re-ship undeliverable orders.

You can place another order at MedicineandMore.com with an updated shipping address.
