Indications
A dietary supplement that is preservative, sodium and sugar-free.

Directions
Adults, take 1 tablet daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with a meal. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS: Temporary flushing, itching, rash, or gastric disturbances may occur. If these symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Per Tablet: Niacin 500 mg; Calcium (as Dicalcium Phosphate) 64 mg; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Stearic Acid; Croscarmellose Sodium; Magnesium Stearate; Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose

Warnings
Do not take more than 500 mg of niacin per day except under the supervision of a physician. Improper use may cause liver damage. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
