Indications
The only product that uses specially isolated live cultures (GanedenBC30) to help break down lactose and the complex sugars found in dairy products and other foods. For maximum effectiveness, this product should be taken daily. No need to take with every meal. Lactose free.

Directions
Adults and children 5 years and over: Take two caplets on day one and day two. Thereafter, take one caplet daily. Some individuals may require two caplets daily. Must be taken daily to maintain results - as symptoms will return if this product is discontinued. Some gas and bloating may occur during the first few days.
