Indications
For temporary relief of snoring. Breathe Right Snore Relief throat strips lubricate throat tissues to minimize vibrations and control the snoring sound.

Directions
Place one strip on the back of your tongue at bedtime. Allow to dissolve completely, coating the throat area. For best results, do not eat or drink 30 minutes before using or after use. May be repeated. No more than 2 strips per hour. Store at room temperature.
